Our Mission
The Institute of Quantum Psychology is a self help research facility dedicated to studying the Quantum State of Mind —It is a scientific enterprise. It is both and none of which at the same time, if you catch our drift. It’s everything everywhere all at once. Not.
The Quantum State of Mind is a state of superconducting mental hyperflow that can be reached through love, ping-pong, wave-riding, drugs, near-death experiences and various other pastimes, but first and foremost love, ideally practical love. It is a state of overall, universal understanding and ultimate joy. A state of bliss. It is running at the speed of light. Now we know in part; then we will know fully, as we have been fully known.
The Institute of Quantum Psychology is not therapy. It’s not a religion. It’s art — and it is not. It exists in a state of superposition — a concept we don’t fully grasp yet — a refraction of its own irony. We dream and we are awake. We are dead and we are alive. We know this and we know this not.
We dig through neuroscience, philosophy, mysticism, AI, wave-riding, quantum desire, love, and throw it all in the mixer. We shake it hard. We play language games. We feed it back to ourselves as reflection, regulation, ritual, and play. We make films, write essays and print books about it. We have a mailbox, an address and revere the pineal gland.
The Institute understands philosophy not as a theory but as lived in experiment — an activity that transforms the thinker.
In quantum logic, process and result are equivalent. „We make the rules as we go along.“ In Nietzsche the much misunderstood Übermensch is not a new race or hero, but a way of life, superior only through his (or her) refined Lebens-art. All we want is a better life for everyone.
We are naturally alarmed by the state of affairs in nearly all matters, but remain vigilantly silly at all times. Matters of great concern should be treated lightly. Matters of small concerns should be treated seriously. We accept only one premise as ultimate truth, the „only insight is that one can stop philosophizing, whenever they want.“
